TFNSW-FIAC Application

To streamline the budget approval process for new projects in Transport for New South Wales (TFNSW), I developed a canvas app that handles approvals from managers and the Secretary of the organization. The app is designed to ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained before a budget is granted for new projects. The process begins with an internal approval process by managers, and once approved, the request is forwarded to the Secretary for further approval. The app includes document management using SharePoint library, which allows for easy and secure storage of relevant documents. With this app, employees can quickly initiate a budget submission request and attach all necessary documents. The app ensures that all required documents are included and can provide notifications to employees if any documents are missing. The manager and Secretary can easily access the SharePoint library to view the request details and provide feedback. Overall, the app helps to improve the efficiency of the budget submission process and ensures that all necessary approvals are obtained before granting a budget for new projects. The document management feature in the SharePoint library ensures that all relevant documents are securely stored and easily accessible for future reference.

Drug test Application
As health and safety are of paramount importance in organizations, I developed a canvas app for the Health and Safety department. The app's primary purpose is to track the drug test records of all drivers associated with the organization, including contractor drivers. The app provides a clear picture of the monthly positive and negative tests in a chart, making it easy for the Health and Safety department to analyze and act accordingly. The app also manages all driver profiles, including their KPIs. With this app, the Health and Safety department can easily access and manage all driver profiles, view their drug test history, and monitor their performance. The app ensures that all drivers are regularly tested for drugs and that their performance is closely monitored. Overall, the app helps the Health and Safety department to keep track of the organization's drug test records and ensure that all drivers are following proper safety protocols..
